  • At Jordan Fitness we’re the only gym in Tullow offering you a fully-equipped, safe and private environment to learn and practise Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) – an increasingly popular martial art and combat sport.

    The art of BJJ offers great physical and mental health benefits such as physical conditioning, self-defence skills, patience, and discipline. It’s also a great way for adults to get in shape, meet friends, and learn a new practical skill.

    Our professionally-taught classes are built upon sharing and helping others as a core principle, and anyone of any age is welcome to learn.

 
 

Jiu Jitsu for kids.

Ninja Cubz is a great way for children (ages 5 and up) to get in shape, meet new friends, and learn a new practical skill.

This fun-filled, energetic class aims at teaching kids’ self-defence, along with other important skills such as

discipline, confidence, control, respect, and fitness, all through games. With Ninja Cubz, children will also learn common effective anti-bullying techniques, allowing them to overcome peer pressure, manage anger, and develop positive behaviour.

With a degree in personal training, strength training, kettlebell and spin. A qualified swim teacher and lifeguard, with a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, who also completed a safeguarding children course, and is garda vetted, Keith is passionate about any and all things related to fitness, nutrition and martial arts. 

Through his own study, passion, and from working with and constantly learning from other fitness professionals, Keith grew his own knowledge and has successfully applied it to both himself and his clients with a forever positive approach to health and fitness. It’s this drive and dedication that finally led Keith to founding Jordan Fitness in <enter correct year here>.
